Gelaye Nadew holds Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Oceania University of Medicine and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Faculty of Health Science, School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, University of Adelaide. Gelaye's research interests include mental health with a particular focus on Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and substances abuse, addiction medicine, child health, health needs of minority groups, quality and standards of practice, and social health policies. Gelaye's passion is accessible, equitable and universal health care.
