Recently completed a MRes (as a DHIfunded scholar)at the Robert Gordon University (RGU) in Aberdeen Scotland. My research topic was, "Exploration of how a mobile health (mHealth) intervention may support midwives in the management and referral of women with pre-eclampsia in rural and remote areas of Highland Scotland" . This research is continuing, in collaboration with NHS Highland, into the efficacy of a prototype of a mHealth toolkit to support members of multi-disciplinary healthcare teams at remote locations in Highland Scotland.
