Dr Lim has spent twelve years in rural Australia influencing primary health reform and improving patient care prior to joining academia. Dr Lim has a research interest in planning for responsive primary healthcare services informed by the WHO Shanghai Declaration, underpinned by equity and collaborative partnership. His research projects include integrated health services, primary care practitioners’ expanded scope of practice, complex and chronic disease management, quality use of medicines, safety and performance, and the vertical integration of training to practice.
