Clark Ruttinger is the Consulting Director for the Health Workforce Consulting team with GlobalData Plc This team produces the supply and demand projections for the U.S. Health Reasources and Services Administration, the American Association of Medical Colleges and many state hospital associations and health workforce entities across the country. Clark is the previous Director of the Utah Health Workforce Information Center. In this capacity, Mr. Ruttinger tracked supply, demand and educational program data about Utah’s healthcare workforce and coordinated with stakeholders to develop modeling and usable information to better inform policy and strategic planning decisions. Clark is a past president of the National Forum for State Nursing Workforce Centers. In this capacity he co-authored the 2021 NCSBN National Nursing Sample Survey. He designed and coded a data visualization of the national nursing workforce by state using the survey data. https://clarkruttinger.shinyapps.io/draftboard Mr. Ruttinger has a Masters of Public Administration with emphasis in Program and Policy Evaluation. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration with a certificate in Information Systems, both from the University of Utah.
