Mike Edwards is an experienced health service executive. He is currently the Director of Service Delivery at NSW Rural Doctors Network. Mike is passionate both personally and professionally in improving health access equity. Mike has 15 years commercial experience in complex project development and management roles. Over the last 10 years, Mike has significantly contributed to RDN and the sector’s health and service workforce planning methods and strategies. His strength in seeking integrity and using localised and objective evidence to inform best practice and innovation and fostering genuine, respectful partnerships has helped lead to many sustainable workforce solutions for communities.
