Graduated her Ph.D. on Population and Health with emphasis on Health Policy Formulation and Strategic Plan from the National Institution for Development Administration and Hawaii University (joint project). Also having short course trainings from many institutions including management science from University of Cambridge. Having an opportunity to work as a consultant of many international organizations e.g. WHO, UNICEF, World Vision in the area of PHC, Monitoring and Evaluation of Plan/Project at international and national level. Being lecturer at Mahidol University for 38 years with Faculty of Public Health and ASEAN Institute for Health Development. Encourage participatory approaches including community engagement in all works at all levels.
