Ghana
O. Adwoa Tiwaah Frimpong Kwapong holds a PhD from the University of Ghana. She has studied as a special Doctoral Candidate at Harvard University. She is currently a lecturer at the Institute of Adult Education, University of Ghana. In her work for the empowerment of women, Dr. Kwapong has worked for both governmental and non-governmental organizations. Her studies have focused in areas of gender and development, information and communication technologies, and open and distance learning.
